Introduction
The algorithm verification test bench is composed of a cabinet, an IT6832 DC power supply.
A RuiChang industrial control computer, an ACU point explosion test fixture, a self-made load circuit board.
A NI PCIe-7852R, a NI PCI-6259, a NI PCI-8513, a self-made SPI communication interface card, a self-made RSU Simulator board, and an upper computer software.
It is used for simulating real sensors and testing the airbag detonation time of ACU points.

Simulate the function of the internal acceleration sensor of the ACU

Used for data sampling and output control;
CAN Card NI PCI-8513
Realize the download of RSU waveform data and support the reception of CAN signals during the synchronous RSU collision process at the same time.
Programmable power supply IT6832
During the ARB testing process, provide different voltages (9 to 16V) for the ACU's power supply
FPGA Interface card SPI (Self-made) SPI communication card
Provide level conversion between ACU and FPGA, as well as SPI signal conversion
